"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is frosting in the Freezer Section. Checked the Freezer Section. Freezer is Frosted / Iced over. ( Grill to the Evaporator is cracked & missing clips. ) Checked the Bi - Metal by running a Defrost. Heater is not turning on. Checked the Evaporator Section. Heater is plugged in. Removed all Frost. Checked the Heater Element . I'm getting 27.2 K Ohms. I then. Checked voltage to the Heater Element. I'm getting 0.32 Ac Volts while Heater Element is activated. Fan Motor will not run as well. Unit will need the Grill = W11176847, Fan Motor with Harness = W10850438 & Control Board = WPW10310240 . Cx paid for the Service call only by Card. If the cx calls back order these parts. Don't go without parts."

CX complains unit is leaking from RC into FC. Found unit drip pan to be warped and causing water to run to the left side instead of down the drain. This is causing water to build up on th bottom of the RC and flow to the FC gasket and onto the floor. CX did not claim and floor damages at this time. Quoted cx for repair to which CX stated they wanted to call whirlpool before moving forward. CX paid service fee with card. If CX calls in for repair send CH shop job to order parts and labor. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED. no further work needed unless CX calls in and wants to pay. SEE STICKY NOTES.

I did wipe it down with vinegar and a rag. I then recalibrated unit. advised cx to run clean cycle with affresh or distilled vinager. cx was running clean cycle with nothing in unit. filed issue with WP (SR7736429720) unit checks good.

Was able to access unit and verify all gaskets sealing properly. All doors closing. No mullion sweat. All temps normal. No condensation anywhere else in unit. No moisture under the drawers. I entered diag and was able to force voltage to the element and found element did get hot. I tested defrost thermistor and found it was out of range 4.5kohms. unit needs defrost thermistor to correct issue. Cx complaint unit takes multiple cycles. Was able to access unit and with the assistance of CH removed and tested all components. Verified air flow and used a thermocoupler to verify temps and unit would get upto 130F. Contactced techline and spoke to Chris SR#7736743572. Due to unit only being 120VAC unit is operating as designed no further work needed

Cx complained the unit did not bake or broil. Inspected the unit and found that the thermal fuse is testing open. Tested and the bake element has 31 ohms and is not shorted to ground. The inner broil element has 39 ohms but the outer broil element is shorted to ground. Installed new thermal fuse. Unit now needs new broil element . Cx owes 110 for labor on return; ordrng 1 WP9760774 (broil element)

Hit cancel and entered diagnostics and when agitating and spinning, nothing was moving, just the motor. The bolt came off the pulley causing the belt to come off and damage to the pulley. "cx complaint is the unit not cleaning, musky smell and detergent dispensor door not working. cx says wash motor runs for a few minutes then it stops. i checked for codes and found F6E4 float switch open, F8E3 drain stuck on, F3E2 OWI shorted, F8E2 drain electric problem. cleared codes and ran service cycle. unit completed cycle. F8E2, F3E2 returned. found no damage to harness. inspected control and found wash motor plug was not plugged in all the way. ohmed drain pump from board. shows 34ohms, in spec. ohmed thermistor on OWI and it reads OL. started a normal cycle. unit filled, washed for a minute then drained. ordering control and OWI and dispensor. quoted cx for repair. they paid service call and said shes going to shop around before making a decision.; ordrng 1 W11084121 (sensor) and 1 W10861000 (detergent dispenser) and 1 W10906431 (control)"

Inspected unit and found that the bottom of the freezer door was warped allowing warm in which then turned into condensation which freezes and also leaks out onto floor. "cx complaint unit having same issue. after baking, unit will turn on downdraft fan by itself. cx said it happened within an hour after i left last time and ran for 6 hours and was beeping the whole time, no error code. inspected unit, door gasket is a little stiff so it may not be sealing properly causing heat to escape and get into control/keypad. replaced door gasket. preheated unit to 375, heard cooling fan start running once unit got to 300, which is correct. top of door and under console didnt get hot. unit started trying to activate downdraft fan once it got above 310 relay would click on and off quickly and display would show its turning on. seems keypad is getting stuck. ordering console and ordering another control. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts.; ordrng 1 WP8507P23360 (control(REORDER)) and 1 W10314422 (console with keypad)"

Cx complaint is that the unit is not spinning clothes out at the end of cycles. Upon arrival I found and F7E4 and an F6E3. I then cleared the error codes and ran the manual spin and found that the slider is not engaging the rotor. I had the two previous error codes return as well and an F0E5. I found that the slider has separated. I am ordering the control and the slider. Please contact cx when the parts are available to schedule the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11624943 (Control) and 1 W10734521 (Slider)
